Most projects start with a sketch rather than a finished drawing. One contact person accompanies you through all three phases — directly with the engineer who will later design your profile.
Everything starts with an idea — on paper, on a napkin or on a tablet. We listen and ask the right questions about function, material and tolerances.
The sketch becomes a CAD model. We design the profile with precise tolerances, optimise it for extrusion and prepare a production drawing ready for approval, including a tooling and unit-cost indication.
Tooling, first sample, measurement report and series production. You receive the profile exactly to specification — documented and traceable batch by batch.
