What to include.

You do not need a complete specification. The more of the following we know, the more precise our first assessment will be.

  • Your request: a quotation, technical advice or a sample profile.
  • A sketch, a technical drawing or a description of what the profile has to do. To reproduce an existing profile, a sample piece or cross-section is enough.
  • The application and industry in which the profile will be used.
  • The material, if already known — rigid or flexible PVC, TPE, PP or a compound to your formulation.
  • The expected volume, from a pilot project to series production.
  • Special requirements such as fire classification, food contact or a specific colour.

What happens next.

    First assessment

    We get back to you within one working day with an initial assessment and the next steps.

  • 02

    Concept and calculation

    We check your geometry for extrudability and propose material and wall thicknesses, together with a first indication of the unit cost.

  • 03

    Tooling and first samples

    Once approved, we build the tool in-house and deliver first samples with a measurement report — the basis for series production.

How quickly will I receive a response?
We respond within one working day, typically within hours during Swiss business hours. Once we have your sketch or drawing, the first calculation follows within 24 hours.
Do I need a finished technical drawing?
No. A sketch or a description of the function is enough to start. We turn it into a production drawing with tolerances. If you want an existing profile reproduced, a sample piece or cross-section is sufficient.
What if I do not know which material is right?
Just tell us about the application and the operating conditions. Material selection is part of our technical consulting — we recommend the material and profile that suit your use case.
