Special profiles rarely start with a finished drawing. We work from whatever you have — a sketch, a sample or a description of the function — and take the profile through design, tooling and sampling to series production in one plant.
You send us a sketch, a drawing or a description of what the profile has to do. We check the geometry for extrudability before anything else.
We propose geometry, material and wall thicknesses, together with a first indication of the unit cost.
The extrusion tool is built in-house — typically 4–6 weeks to the first trial run.
Every first sample comes with a measurement report. Adjustments are made directly on the production line.
