A seal only works if material, geometry and installation fit together. We develop every sealing profile to your drawing or sample and produce it with the compound your application requires.

  • Windows

    Sash and frame seals, glazing beads, stop and glazing profiles. Soft PVC and TPE stay elastic for years and absorb the movement of the frame without tearing.

  • Doors, flaps and lids

    Lip, tubular and hollow chamber seals in TPE or soft PVC. For furniture and interior fit-out, also magnetic and lip seals for doors, flaps and sliding fronts.

  • Rail vehicles

    EN 45545-compliant co-extrusion with a hollow chamber for air-tight and sound-proof doors.

  • Ventilation and air conditioning

    Lip and hollow chamber seals for air-conditioning and fire protection ducts.

  • Enclosures and switch cabinets

    Hard-soft co-extrusion with an integrated seal — carrier and sealing lip from one tool.

TPE or soft PVC — which material is right for my seal?
Both remain permanently elastic. TPE is recyclable and a modern alternative to conventional rubber; soft PVC is a proven, economical material that is well suited to hard-soft co-extrusion. We recommend the material based on your installation situation.
Are your sealing profiles suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. Because we mix the compound ourselves, we adjust UV stabilisation, colour and weather resistance to the installation situation. Our sealing profiles are weather and ozone resistant.
Can a seal be combined with a rigid carrier?
Yes. In hard-soft co-extrusion a rigid PVC carrier and an elastic TPE or soft PVC lip are produced in one tool and one step — ideal for clip and snap-fit applications.
Do you offer fire-rated or food-contact seals?
On request. We work with compounds to DIN EN 13501-1 for construction and EN 45545-2 for rail vehicles, and with EU 10/2011-compliant compounds for food contact. The corresponding declaration of conformity is supplied with the delivery.
Is there a minimum order quantity for sealing profiles?
No rigid minimum. We produce from pilot profiles to large series and calculate each project individually.
