Overview and controller
This privacy notice explains how AC-Profil AG (hereafter „we") collects and processes personal data when you visit this website. The applicable laws are the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG) and — where it applies — the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Principles
We process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate the website, to communicate with you and to fulfil legal obligations. We do not pass data on to third parties for commercial purposes.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data (HTTPS, access controls, backups, bot protection).
Server logs
When you access the site, technical information is automatically recorded (IP address, date/time, requested URL, referrer, user agent). These logs are kept short-term to mitigate abusive traffic and aid troubleshooting; they are then deleted or anonymised.
Contact and request form
When you contact us via the request form on /kontakt, you provide your name, optional company, e-mail address, optional phone number, project information and your message. Optionally, you can upload a sketch (PDF, JPG, PNG, DXF, STEP etc.).
We use this data exclusively to handle your request and any subsequent communication. We retain it only as long as necessary for processing and traceability; it is deleted afterwards.
To protect against automated submissions we check the form with honeypot fields, timing analysis, rate-limiting and — when enabled — Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare may set short-lived verification cookies; no full IP tracking takes place.
Hosting, CDN and external images
The website is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). Images are partly delivered via Cloudinary (Cloudinary Ltd., USA / Israel). Both providers receive technical connection data from your browser. Data processing agreements or Standard Contractual Clauses under GDPR/revDSG are in place.
Job applications
Application documents you send us by e-mail to karriere@ac-profil.ch are used exclusively to assess your application. We retain documents of non-selected candidates for a maximum of 6 months, after which they are deleted (unless you consent to longer retention).
Your rights
You have the right to information about the data we store about you, to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and to data portability. To exercise these rights, an informal e-mail to info@ac-profil.ch suffices.
You can also file a complaint with the relevant data-protection supervisory authority — in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Changes
We may adapt this privacy policy to reflect legal or technical changes. The version published on this page at any given time applies.
